MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

The STC (England) welcomes new members whether an exhibitor or just a lover of Scotties. Two shows are held annually, the Open show in March and the Championship show, normally the last weekend in June or the first weekend in July. Everyone is welcome to just watch or participate in our shows, come along and join us we would love to see you all.

A membership application form is available from the Secretary or can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. Subscriptions are payable annually, becoming due on January 1st. The fee's being £10 single, £12 joint and £15 overseas. Juniors (under 16 yrs) £2.  Please note joint means husband and wife or partners owning dogs jointly.

It would greatly assist the club if prompt payment could be made. Would oversea's members  please note, any payment can be made direct via,  IBAN / SWIFTBIC, for the account of STC(Eng). Details available from the Secretary email: til@charmic.co.uk

Overseas members can also send cheques, drawn on a British Bank please, or pay by cash in Sterling only. Conversion charges are extremely high and foreign currency, when exchanged, does not cover the subscription amount after a commission has been deducted.

Reminders are sent to all who fail to pay their membership fee on time and a warning given that membership will cease if payment is not received before the end of June.

YEARBOOKS

Year books are sent to all paid-up members if not collected at the Championship show and will only be ordered for members whose subscription is received by March 31st. Joint members will receive one book only, but extra copies can be obtained at a cost of £10 each plus postage, charged at the applicable rate at the time of posting. The date of joining the club is recorded in the Yearbook, contact details will be deleted from the book after a two year lapse. Any member re-joining will have the second date of membership recorded.
